We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address sent by Luxurise.
If your return is accepted, you can sent your package to the adress that is sent by e-mail, we do not cover shipping fees for returning.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

There will an restocking fee of 30% of the order value.
If an order has been made it can be cancelled within 2 hours via email and only with all information complete, otherwise there will an restocking fee of 40% of the order value.

We are committed to providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues related to your order. If there’s a problem with your purchase, we kindly ask that you contact us first at support@luxurisefashion.com before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
📣 Why Contacting Us First Is Important:
Most order issues can be quickly and fairly resolved with:
- Fast refunds
- Replacement, or
- Store credit
Filing a chargeback without contacting us:
Delays your resolution; may be considered misuse of the dispute process: may result in being permanently blocked from future orders
🚫 You May Lose the Chargeback
If a chargeback is filed without prior contact or communication, and we provide supporting evidence (e.g. delivery confirmation, product match, or policy compliance), your bank or provider may reject your claim.
🧾 False or Fraudulent Disputes
We take chargebacks seriously. Submitting a false dispute (e.g., claiming non-receipt of a delivered item) may result in:
- Legal action in cases of fraud
- Permanent account ban
- Evidence submission to the payment provider or bank

🚫 Ordered by Mistake?
We get it — accidents happen!
Unfortunately, since each order is processed automatically and often begins fulfillment quickly, we cannot cancel or refund orders placed by mistake once they’ve been processed or shipped.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. We may be able to cancel or make changes before it leaves our facility.
Otherwise, we recommend:
- Gift it to a friend or family member, or
- Enjoy a one-time 30% discounted re-order with the correct item (just email us!).
👕 SIZING ISSUES POLICY
We understand that finding the perfect fit online can be tricky.
That’s why we do our best to provide detailed sizing charts and measurements on every product page.
📏 Please Check the Sizing Chart
Before placing your order, we strongly recommend reviewing the size guide available on each product page. Sizing may vary slightly depending on the style and supplier.
🙁 Wrong Size?
We know online sizing can be tough!
If the item doesn’t fit but matches the measurements listed in our size chart, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund, as the item was delivered as described.
However, we’d be happy to offer you:
- Discounted replacement (no return needed), or
- Store credit you can use anytime.
If you believe the item was defective or did not match the size chart, please email us at support@luxurisefashion.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.
📦 If You Still Want to Return:
Item must be unworn and in original condition
- Customer pays for return shipping
- Refund is issued after inspection, refunds over €100 will be returned to the original payment method, the remaining will be store credit.
